Fireworks are set off by accident at a 4 July US Independence Day celebration at the Rancho Santa Susana Community Centre and Park in Simi Valley, California, on Thursday. The fireworks simultaneously explode into a crowd of onlookers. Some 28 people were reported injured, with 20 requiring hospital treatment
